Oversea Auto and Shipping LLC U.S.A is a leading automobile logistic company with its head office in Wisconsin U.S.A and we are now looking for 1 Shipping Executive to join our young and growing team as soon as possible.
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Provide courtesy services and answer all customers’ inquiries and complaints
- Raise relevant tickets to related departments for any issues beyond control
- Collect feedback and provide a summary to the management
- Be a central contact point between customers and various departments
- Perform other work as required from the management from time to time
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Medium
- High School Diploma
- Experience in sales or customer services for 1 to 2 years
- Can read, write and speak fair English
- Customer service oriented
