- Marketing Manager
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent and creative content.
- Create and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns, leveraging tools like Canva for high-quality visuals.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.
Event Management:
- Plan and oversee promotional events, including the grand showroom opening and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, branding, and communication to ensure successful execution of events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align event goals with marketing strategies.
Communication and Branding:
- Develop and maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Write and design promotional content for online and offline channels, including newsletters, brochures, and website updates.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Graphic Design and Content Creation:
- Create compelling visuals and graphics using Canva or similar tools for marketing campaigns, social media, and events.
- Collaborate with photographers and designers to produce high-quality imagery and video content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity and appeals to the target audience.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in retail, construction, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating professional graphics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for design and branding.
- Experience in event planning and execution is highly desirable.
