We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Lesson Planning & Delivery
- Design and deliver lessons that align with the school’s English curriculum.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ diverse learning needs.
- Prepare weekly and term lesson plans and submit them for review as required.
- Classroom Management
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Apply appropriate disciplinary strategies to support student growth.
- Promote active participation, collaboration, and academic integrity.
- Student Assessment
- Create, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Track and report student progress on a regular basis.
- Provide feedback to students and communicate results to parents/guardians.
- School Engagement
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and academic workshops.
- Support extracurricular activities related to English (e.g., spelling bee, reading clubs, debates).
- Cooperate with other teachers and staff to ensure student success.
- Professional Development
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve teaching skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and strategies.
- Stay updated on current trends in English language education.
- School Participation
- Attending staff meetings, training workshops, and parent conferences is required.
- Participation in school activities, including field trips, events, and assemblies, is required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
តំរូវការការងារ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, TESOL, TEFL, or related field.
- Teaching or Pedagogy Certificate (such as CELTA, or TESOL) is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in an academic setting.
- Experience working with ESL/EFL learners at all levels is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Effective communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use educational technology and interactive tools (e.g., Google Classroom, PowerPoint, Smartboards).
