Develop lesson plans and prepare appropriate teaching and learning materials.
Use interactive and student-centered teaching methods to encourage active participation.
Assess students' learning progress through classwork, homework, quizzes, tests, and examinations.
Provide feedback and additional support to students who need help improving their English skills.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
Monitor student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
Maintain accurate records of students' scores, attendance, and learning progress.
Communicate and collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school management when necessary.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the school management.

Languages:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in English, English Language Teaching (TESOL/TEFL), Education, or a related field

Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills

Cambodian nationality with strong English language proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Teaching experience in English language instruction is preferred.
Possess good knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and teaching methodologies.
Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in learning.
Be able to prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, quizzes, and examinations.

Soft Skills

Have good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Be patient, responsible, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching.
Be able to use computers and educational technology to support teaching and learning.
Be willing to participate in meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
Be committed to following the school's policies, regulations, and professional standards.
Be available to work full-time according to the school's assigned working schedule.
