he School of Hotel and Tourism (EHT) Paul Dubrule opened in October 2002 in the city of Siem Reap (Cambodia) near Angkor as an NGO. Its mission, defined from the beginning by its founder Paul Dubrule, is to give young Cambodians excellence training and the necessary qualifications and pointed to contribute to sustainable development of the tourism sector in Cambodia. For its first school year, the EHT hosted 57 students. 13 years later, over 2,000 students received a certificate from the EHT recognized by the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. They are all good jobs right out of school, being recruited by professionals and local institutional.
To meet the needs of a growing market, the EHT Paul Dubrule has the ambition to increase the number of students in the coming years and to expand its portfolio of programs. To this end, the EHT Paul Dubrule search a new:

The position of School Director aims to allow for education in optimal conditions with young people motivated to join the hotel trades and tourism. This will maintain the special relationship between the two partner institutions and work together to bring EHT Paul Dubrule towards its ambition to Vocational School at regional level.
The strategy of the EHT Paul Dubrule should be studied, defined and broken down in detail in an implementation plan. Also, stable governance of the school will be in place.
- Strengthen the quality of education delivered and ensure international recognition (Asia Pacific);
- Enrich the program portfolio, including through the establishment of a new cycle of 2 years recognized by the Cambodian authorities;
- Increasing the employability of graduates by developing a school model with strong national and international reputation;
- Strengthen the reference status of the EHT Paul Dubrule at national and regional (Asia-Pacific);
- Develop and implement an ambitious business plan for the EHT Paul Dubrule taking into account the new goals in terms of staff and new formations; Acting as a leader in academic and professional reputation of the school, and participating actively in the development of teams;
- Ensure the promotion of societal development and social responsibility of the School.
- Required Skills:
- Master's degree level (or equivalent) in the field of management or hotel management and catering.
- Professional experience of several years proven in the field of training or academic administration (program management, evaluation of curriculum and skills, in particular);
- Proven experience working in positions of responsibility in the hospitality or catering;
- Fluency in French and English;
- Managerial experience in a multicultural environment with international assignments, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region;
- Service-oriented personality, with orientation force proposal and a proven sense of diplomacy.

A mission of 3 years (from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2019), with possibility of extension;
Wage conditions competitive basis (in USD) and an annual bonus of 15% depending on the objectives achieved;
