We are looking for energetic, friendly and compassionate people to join our team
- Communicate clearly with new and existing clients and families, team members, other service providers in the disability sector, and supporters.
- Respond to enquiries from clients, the public and stakeholders.
- Manage waiting lists, referrals, schedule changes and the workplace calendar
- Manage staff information and coordinate staff training and reviews.
- Support and coordinate induction of new staff and volunteers and assist in staff recruitment.
- Monitor, manage and purchase office and clinical supplies, maintain office equipment and communicate and coordinate with external suppliers and service providers.
- Maintain a safe work environment, manage risks and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain up-to-date and organised electronic and paper filing systems
- Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and systems
- Translate documents to support service delivery
- Liaise with business consultant and finance manager to fulfil admin responsibilities.
- Complete financial admin tasks (manage petty cash, payment of invoices, financial record keeping, payroll)
- Comply with and maintain up to date knowledge regarding government requirements and legislation
- Collect and provide data for organisational reports and budgets
- Participate in service improvement and planning activities
- Plan, coordinate and help run services activities such as community events and workshops.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, supervision meetings and training
- Assist other team members as appropriate
- Follow all workplace policy and procedures

- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Good is required
- High School Diploma is required
- Solid computer skills (competent in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Experience working in administration or an appropripriate degree is preferred.
- Experience working in a health, educational or NGO setting is preferred.
- Police check (prior to starting)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and open to new ideas
