- The Software Engineer is responsible to perform system analysis and design, develop trading applications and preferably the experience to lead an application development team to ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget and quality.
- In addition, you will engage Business Analyst, IT Operations and various stakeholders regarding the functions and lifecycle of applications from inception, development, production to retirement.
- You will also be responsible to investigate production issue and provide response in a timely manner.
- We are seeking a productive and efficient IT Professional who possesses good communication skills to work independently.
- You must have good time management skills and be responsible in resolving production issues.
- Degree/Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited university
- Professional Android development experience, with a proven history of shipping Android apps
- Excellent analytical skills and proactive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Good in English both spoken and written
- Advanced knowledge of the Android SDK and tools
- Advanced knowledge of the Android Studio and Gradle build system
- Good understanding of Android app architecture and use of design patterns
- Good understanding of stack from UI to back-end, including web services and server-side integration through REST and JSON
- Possess strong OOP & Java skills
- Ability to translate complex UX designs to real UI interfaces
- Integration of third party software
- Familiarity with popular Android libraries such as Dagger, RxJava, Retrofit, OkHttp, Picasso, Gson, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in Automated Testing Tools as Espresso, JUnit, Robolectric, UIAutomator
- Knowledge and experience in Hybric (React Native) development will be advantage
- Knowledge and experience in iOS development will be advantage
