We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Sales Administration
- Accountability: Support the Sales and Marketing Manager with daily sales administration and documentation.
- Receive and record customer orders accurately.
- Prepare quotations based on approved prices.
- Process sales orders and update sales records.
- Maintain customer information and sales files.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Customer Support
- Accountability: Provide timely and friendly support to customers and follow up their orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
- Follow up customer orders and update customers on order status.
- Coordinate with the relevant team on product delivery.
- Record and follow up customer complaints.
- Maintain good communication with customers.
- Sales & Marketing Support
- Accountability: Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with routine sales and marketing activities.
- Assist with customer follow-up and potential customer lists.
- Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials.
- Support promotions, customer visits, and sales activities.
- Collect basic customer and market information.
- Assist the Manager with other sales and marketing tasks.
- Sales Records & Reporting
- Accountability: Keep sales information accurate and provide reports on time.
- Keep customer and sales records up to date.
- Monitor pending and delayed customer orders.
- Check sales documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare required sales reports on time.
- Report customer or sales issues to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Support meetings and sales-related activities.
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary.
- Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Sales, customer service, sales administration, or marketing for 1 to 2 years is preferred
- Experience in order processing, customer communication, sales reporting, or a related role is an advantage.
- Experience in agriculture, livestock, food, or a related business sector is an advantage.
- Good understanding of sales administration, customer service, order processing, and basic sales processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for sales tracking, basic formulas, sorting/filtering, and reporting.
- Ability to prepare quotations, sales orders, customer records, and sales reports accurately.
- Ability to use CRM, accounting, or sales management systems is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Khmer; working English is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, honest, and respectful when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to resolve routine customer/order issues and escalate appropriately.
