- Provide administrative and executive support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and handle communications with clarity and efficiency.
- Assist with clerical duties, including scheduling, filing, and organizing office records.
- Create, edit, and format posters and videos for social media and other marketing materials.
- Write clear, engaging captions for posts to support marketing and communication initiatives.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in content editing, including posters and videos.
- Strong administrative and executive support skills.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
