The Ponheary Ly Foundation, a U.S. 501(c)(3) organization operating in the education sector in Siem Reap, Cambodia, invites applications for the position of Executive Director of Fundraising.
- Executive Director of Fundraising
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in fundraising and communications, with a focus on strategies for private donor engagement and retention. -
- Highly developed communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong data analysis skills and reporting capabilities to inform/persuade donors of strategic planning
- Capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- A strategic, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset.
- Persuasive, intuitive, outgoing, and confident demeanor.
- A commitment to the highest standards of personal and professional integrity.
- A dedication to promoting the Foundation’s mission, core values, and strategic priorities.
- Experience or familiarity with nonprofit CRM environments is required; familiarity with Network for Good is advantageous, along with experience managing Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) accounts.
- Proficiency in understanding and managing budgets and financial matters is essential.
The salary range for this position is set to the cost of living in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and is contingent upon qualifications and experience. After a probationary period, the organization will provide for work visas and permits, a health insurance allowance, and an annual travel allowance.
