Ponleu Ney Kdey Sangkhum (PNKS) is a Cambodian Christian NGO localized from CORD UK, with offices in Phnom Penh, Chey Saen/Preah Vihear, and Stung Treng. Our projects focus on integrated community development, promoting community-led initiatives and development. We are currently seeking qualified Cambodians to fill the following positions:
- Program Assistant (1 Position)
- PNKS Publication
- Regularly update PNKS information on the website, Facebook etc.
- Develop communication materials, handouts, and other resources to promote PNKS and increase its visibility.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
- Keep track of project information and promote a learning environment within the organization.
- Maintain project data management, including spreadsheets, databases, and M&E systems for the TBCD and S-PL projects.
- Quarterly update and store project-related data and information to ensure complete and accurate records throughout the entire project cycle.
- Support project teams in writing mid-year and annual reports.
- Collaborate with Project Managers (PM) to ensure all necessary data and information are gathered for donor reports and that reports are submitted to the PDM on time.
- Work with and support the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer (MELO) to ensure adequate data collection, M&E tools, and frameworks are in place, responding to project progress markers, indicators, and donor requirements.
- Assist in project evaluations or surveys as needed.
- Travel to provinces and visit field sites as necessary.
- Follow up on the implementation of project evaluation recommendations.
- Assist the PDM in coordinating work with projects, donors, and the Board as needed and support the PDM to ensure donor compliance is maintained.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field (e.g., project administration, M&E, or program support).
- Proven ability to support project management, including donor compliance, and to assist in report writing.
- Experience in working with Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of project cycle management and strategic planning.
Skills:
- Proficient in professional report writing.
- Excellent command of English
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of evaluation methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, mixed-method) and data collection and analysis techniques.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, relevant software and ICT tools.
- Willingness to travel to remote areas and work with community members.
