- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
- Arrange interviews and prepare employment documentation
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
- HR Administration
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records
- Update HR databases, attendance, and leave records
- Prepare HR letters, announcements, and internal communications
- Payroll & Attendance Support
- Assist in payroll data preparation and verification
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
- Support disciplinary processes and grievance handling
- Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture
- Performance & HR Processes
- Support performance appraisal and probation evaluations
- Assist in training coordination and HR development activities
- Ensure HR procedures are followed consistently
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies
- Support audits and HR reporting requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience in service, retail, or fitness industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
