- Assist in daily store operations to create an elegant shopping environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong CRM practices and conduct timely client follow-ups.
- Anticipate customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with corporate standards.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with regular and new clients.
- Provide prompt support for customer inquiries and requirements.
- Update sales leads and communicate with relevant overseas offices.
- Maintain and update sales reports and gather customer feedback for management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
