We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Maintenance all equipment in the apartment
- Solving problems of tenant regarding their need in apartment
- Check quickly follow request maintenance of tenant
- Making maintenance report weekly and monthly
- Check in and out apartment area for clean and tidy
- Knowing about MEP (Mechanic, Electric, Plumbing) is more priority.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least experience for 3 years
- Good command in English both spoken and written
- Good computer skill (MS word, Excel, Internet, Email)
- Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skill
- Team work and willing to work under pressure
