  • IT Operation Manager (1 Position)
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Provide leadership to IT Operation unit
  • Manage staff and the operation of the unit
  • Prepare IT plan including staffing, tasks, time and budget
  • Develop and implement technology standards and policies
  • Oversee team in managing, maintaining, and monitoring all computer hardware, software, ATM, CCTV camera equipment
  • Oversee and set up equipment for end user use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software
  • Manage IT software and hardware inventory and license
  • Provide Network Infrastructure and VPN installation
  • Perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software
  • Participates actively in team works
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
តំរូវការការងារ
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer science
  • At least 3 years experience in IT Operation and support
  • Manage and understand all aspects of production Issues: incidents, changes, problems, stability projects, root cause analysis, post problem reviews
  • Excellent problem analysis, documentation and reporting skills
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage diverse groups of staff with flexibility, innovation and diplomacy
  • Able to prioritize and maintain service levels
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and coach others
  • Strong initiative, willing to learn, highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Good customer service mindset skill
  • Skillful in using computer Hardware/software/Application/Operating System
