- Master's Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Economics, Statistics or related field
- At least of experience in MEAL / REALM systems for 8 years
- Demonstrated experience managing research and evaluation processes.
- Experience in programme monitoring and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of accountability systems and community feedback mechanisms.
- Experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, research and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with economic analysis, SROI or Value for Money approaches.
- Experience managing digital data platforms.
- Experience supporting evidence-based advocacy and policy engagement.
- Knowledge of child participation and child rights programming.
