- Bachelor's Degree in or Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation systems
- Experience managing programme monitoring frameworks and indicator tracking systems
- Experience implementing accountability mechanisms and feedback systems
- Demonstrated experience supervising MEAL staff
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience working with donor-funded development programmes.
- Experience with digital monitoring tools and data systems
- Experience supporting partner monitoring capacity development
- Knowledge of SCI programme quality standards
