- Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Policy or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in research, evaluation or evidence systems
- Strong experience in designing research and evaluation studies
- Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience facilitating organisational learning processes
- Experience producing research reports and analytical briefs
- Experience in economic evaluation, SROI or Value for Money analysis
- Experience supporting innovation research and development
- Experience working with international NGOs or development programmes
- Experience managing knowledge management systems
- Knowledge of digital knowledge management platforms
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI
