- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
- Experience in multimedia production or graphic design for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
- Demonstrated experience in: Graphic design for campaigns, Video editing, Social media content creation, Photography
- Strong portfolio of previous multimedia work
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve equivalent video editing software
- Canva (advanced level)
- Basic animation and motion design (After Effects)
- Photography and basic photo editing (Lightroom or Photoshop)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (for branded presentations)
- Experience working in an NGO, private, or development sector.
- Understanding of child safeguarding in media production.
- Basic animation and motion design.
