We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Translate the brand strategy established by the Creative & Brand Director into annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
- Prepare annual marketing budgets, campaign calendars, and implementation plans.
- Define marketing KPIs and evaluate campaign performance.
- Present marketing plans and results to senior management.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across retail, tourism, digital, events, public relations, and partnerships.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Retail & Visitor Experience Marketing
- Develop marketing initiatives that increase retail traffic and sales.
- Support marketing for Artisans Angkor's boutiques, airport retail, and visitor experiences.
- Collaborate with Retail and Tourism teams to enhance the customer journey and visitor experience.
- Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, email marketing, and CRM.
- Improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and online conversion.
- Monitor digital performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
- Storytelling, Content & Communications
- Develop compelling marketing content that celebrates Khmer craftsmanship, artisans, heritage, creativity, and sustainability.
- Oversee content production across photography, video, editorial, and digital platforms.
- Ensure all communications align with the creative direction and brand standards established by the Creative & Brand Director.
- Public Relations, Partnerships & Events
- Build strategic relationships with media, tourism stakeholders, hospitality partners, cultural institutions, designers, and influencers.
- Coordinate press activities, brand partnerships, exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
- Deliver premium brand experiences that reinforce Artisans Angkor's market positioning.
- Marketing Performance & Insights
- Conduct market research and monitor customer trends.
- Track campaign effectiveness and return on marketing investment.
- Produce regular performance reports and recommend continuous improvements.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
- Manage external agencies and creative partners.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the marketing function.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Fluent is required
- Khmer is preferred
- French is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Tourism, or a related field
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Progressive marketing experience for 8 years as a minimum
- With at least in a leadership role for 3 years
- Experience in luxury retail, lifestyle brands, tourism, hospitality, design, or cultural organizations.
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, digital marketing, CRM, and customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Khmer and French are an advantage.
