We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

- Drive Sales Growth
- Lead sales team to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor pipeline stages and key metrics (conversion rate, deal size, cycle length).
- Adjust strategies based on performance feedback.
- Strategic Sales Planning
- Set measurable goals and design effective sales strategies.
- Understand customer needs and tailor tactics (e.g., cold calling, digital marketing).
- Team Coaching & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.
- Conduct regular evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong client relationships through personalized service.
- Maintain regular communication and ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting & Market Insight
- Present sales and expense reports.
- Use data to segment clients and identify market opportunities.
- Additional Duties
- Promote company services and seek new clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on agreements, and manage contracts.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Resolve customer issues and lead the sales team effectively.
