We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Supervise daily financial operations related to ocean freight transactions.
- Review and approve invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers and reconciliation with shipping documents.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations and international accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Train and mentor financial clerks to maintain high performance and accuracy.
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and transparency.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in local language, English (both written & spoken) and Mandarin/Chinese is a definite advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
