We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Handle customer inquiries related to ocean freight shipments via phone, email, and internal systems.
- Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and overseas agents to ensure timely booking and shipment execution.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Track and trace shipments, proactively update customers on shipment status and resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and claims related to ocean freight.
- Support the sales and operations teams with customer-related documentation and communication.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
តំរូវការការងារ
- High school diploma or above; diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably in ocean freight.
- Strong communication skills in local language and English (both written & spoken). Mandarin/Chinese is a definite advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with TMS or freight forwarding systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
