Smiling Gecko Cambodia is one of Cambodia’s most innovative social development organizations. We operate an integrated campus that includes a school for more than 600 students, vocational training programs, agriculture, hospitality, social enterprises, and the GONG Cultural Center for music, arts, and performance.

As Artificial Intelligence rapidly transforms the way organizations work, create, communicate, and educate, we are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to help us integrate AI across our entire organization as below:
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, and impact.
- Train staff and students in practical AI applications.
- Support content creation, video production, graphic design, and social media using AI tools.
- Assist the GONG team in music production, voice technology, songwriting, and creative projects.
- Develop AI-supported educational programs for students and teachers.
- Support fundraising, proposal writing, reporting, and donor communications.
- Research and test new AI technologies relevant to our work.
- Help create a long-term AI strategy for Smiling Gecko Cambodia.
- Khmer - Good is preferred
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Media, Business Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Suno, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, Microsoft Copilot, and related platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Khmer language skills are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
- Interest in education, social development, arts, culture, and innovation.
