We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Media Management & Public Relations (PR)
  • Media Outreach & Journalist Relations: Serve as the primary operational contact for local, TV channels, magazines, and digital journalists; build and maintain a strong press contacts database.
  • Press Release & Media Asset Production: Draft, translate, and distribute official press releases, media kits, corporate statements, and promotional feature stories to media agencies.
  • Media Visits & Delegation Coverage: Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site logistics for visiting press crews, international media delegations, documentary filmmakers, and photojournalists across the SGC campus and farm operations.
  • Media Monitoring & Brand Protection: Monitor daily broadcast, print, and online media mentions of SGC; maintain an active PR archive and implement crisis communication protocols when needed under the direction of the Business COM.
  • Influencer & PR Partnerships: Identify, invite, and coordinate with relevant food bloggers, eco-travel influencers, and industry key opinion leaders (KOLs) to visit the Farmhouse Resort, sample SGC products, and publish promotional coverage.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
  • Social Media Channel Management: Direct and execute the end-to-end digital media strategy across all official SGC platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram), ensuring a consistent publishing cadence, brand voice, and visual standard.
  • Digital Campaigns & Performance Marketing: Plan, run, and optimize targeted digital ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Search/Display, boosted posts) to drive brand reach, retail sales, resort bookings, and commercial B2B lead acquisition.
  • Content Creation & Multimedia Production: Lead in-house visual and written content creation, producing high-quality photos, video reels, graphic designs, blog posts, press releases, and success stories featuring SGC products, staff, and trainees.
  • Website, SEO & Digital Analytics: Maintain and update SGC’s official web content, execute search engine optimization (SEO) tactics, and analyze digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversion costs) to refine marketing strategies.
  • Brand Positioning & Social Impact Storytelling
  • SGC Brand Stewardship: Enforce brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and core messaging across all physical, digital, and broadcast touchpoints to maintain a cohesive image for SGC and its enterprise units.
  • TVET & Educational Program Promotion: Highlight TVET student achievements, vocational workshops, campus facilities, and community impact projects to build public awareness, strengthen donor relations, and drive institutional engagement.
  • Impact Storytelling: Draft, edit, and publish impactful success stories, alumni highlights, and sustainability features, showcasing how SGC’s social business model creates local economic development.
  • B2C & Product Marketing Execution
  • Product Collateral Development: Design and produce high-converting marketing materials—including product catalogs, flyers, promotional banners, packaging designs, and digital brochures—for SGC products (Horticulture, Bakery, Butchery, Poultry, TCM).
  • Event Marketing & Media Coverage: Coordinate event marketing assets and press coverage for trade fairs, campus open days, seasonal sales events, and product launches.
  • Sales Enablement & Inbound Lead Generation
  • Inbound Lead Routing: Capture, qualify, and immediately forward incoming digital inquiries, B2B wholesale leads, and corporate order requests to the Sales Manager and Senior Sales Supervisor for rapid follow-up.
  • Sales Collateral Support: Supply the sales team with updated presentation decks, price list designs, product specification sheets, and client proposal templates to support B2B negotiations.
  • Sales-Marketing Feedback Loop: Maintain a continuous feedback loop with the sales team to align digital and media campaigns with active product inventory, seasonal production surpluses, and targeted buyer segments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or Business Administration
Work History:
  • Progressive experience combining media relations/PR, digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience managing press contacts in Cambodia, FMCG, agricultural products, hospitality, or social enterprise/NGO sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong press relationship management and PR drafting capabilities in English and Khmer.
  • Proficiency in visual editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, or Premiere Pro).
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for digital ads, press releases, blogs, and media pitches.
