SOCFIN GROUP is an international European owned company operating in Rubber business worldwide and in Cambodia through its subsidiaries Socfin Kcd Co., Ltd and Coviphama Co., Ltd.
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Lead and supervise laboratory and QC teams.
- Conduct and verify rubber, raw material, water, and wastewater testing.
- Maintain ISO 9001/QMS compliance and quality records.
- Manage laboratory equipment, calibration, consumables, and cleanliness.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming products.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up corrective/preventive actions.
- Support external audits and management reporting.
- Ensure timely test results, customer satisfaction, and continuous quality improvement.
តំរូវការការងារ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or Applied Science
- Supervising a laboratory for 5 years as a minimum
- Good knowledge of rubber production is required.
- Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System and ISO/IEC 17025.
- Good computer skills and basic computer literacy
- Rigorous, careful, and accurate in work.
- Ability to understand and analyze physical phenomena and lead, manage, and motivate staff.
