Since 1995, under a concession agreement signed with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Cambodia Airports develops, finances, builds, and operates the country’s network of international airports serving Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. The company is a subsidiary of VINCI Airports, the leading private airport operator in the world, with a portfolio of 71 airports in Europe, Asia, and Americas.
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Tracking of the employee attendance and update into the resource management system;
- Arranging and preparing daily/weekly resource allocation by referring to workload and flight schedule;
- Following up with outsourcing headcount and update to management if any uncommon;
- Facilitating and arrange our resource to participate in training program;
- Liaising with concerned authorities for speedy process clearance and stock inventories;
- Supervising subordinates and outsourcing team to respect a high standard of service and be responsible to general function of office work, administration and customer services;
- Ensuring that subordinates always fully operated and maintained equipment properly and complied with safety rules and regulations;
- Reporting all irregular cases to immediate superior to ensure that the corrective and/or preventive actions are undertaken;
- Working on the shift rotation.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Experiences in a relevant field, experience in airline or air-freight, warehouse, logistic and stock control is preferred for 2 years as a minimum
- Experiences in supervisory level for 2 years as a minimum
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages are an advantage;
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email, Database etc.….);
- Be flexible and adapt to new changes and challenges;
- Be able to work with less supervision and under pressure;
- Have strong leadership, instructional and interpersonal skills and willing to work on multi-tasks;
- Have good Customer Care attitude;
- Must have honesty, integrity, courtesy and grooming;
- Be confident and a highly motivated person;
- Punctuality, team spirit, and can-do-attitude.
