Since 1995, under a concession agreement signed with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Cambodia Airports develops, finances, builds, and operates the country’s network of international airports serving Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. The company is a subsidiary of VINCI Airports, the leading private airport operator in the world, with a portfolio of 71 airports in Europe, Asia, and Americas.
- Your mission is:
- To maintain and ensure the highest standards of quality services, efficiency, safety, and standards compliances of the Airport Terminal operations.
- To continuously improve quality control processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency and safety through the monitoring of quality objectives and KPIs.
- To do risk assessment to identify potential operational hazards or compliance gaps and develop mitigation strategies before impacting safety or airport operations.
- To investigate and lead root causes analysis for any incidents/near-missed events to ensure the effective implementation of corrective actions plan (CAP).
- To conduct/attend the internal and external audits, as well as other relevant meetings to ensuring successful completion results and following-up of the corrective actions implementation if any.
- To implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Ensuring the compliance with the company’s quality management systems; related standards and regulations; and implementing sustainable practices within airport Terminal operations.
- Developing/maintaining the effectiveness of SOPs update and implementation.
- Assisting to enforce the safety and security protocols at the Terminal.
- Ensuring good customer engagement and relevant stakeholders’ cooperation.
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in management, or a related field.
- Experience in related field for 2 years as a minimum
- Strong understanding and implementation of quality management systems, regulations, and industry standards.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge in cargo software is a plus.
- Planning and organizing skills, Initiative & Proactive, Stress tolerance, Building relationship, Result oriented, Adaptability.
