SOS Children’s Villages Cambodia is a Member Association (MA) of the SOS Children’s Villages International federation, which is one of the largest non-for-profit organization in the world dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people without parental care or at risk of losing it. We are currently seeking the qualified and competitive dynamic candidates to fill the following position(s) as
- Assists to prepare and monitor personal files all SOS CV Cambodia’s co-workers and service providers, checking, finding, and filling up the missing files in each personnel files to ensure that the personnel files are correct and acceptable.
- Check and update all information for all staffs up to date
- Ensure all personal file of staffs are compltely and preparing all policy for new hire sign
- Assists to coordination in the recruitment process
- Assists in planning and implementing employee engagement activities
- Assists the HR Coordinator in aligning HR functions.
- Assists to communicate with job applicants throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Assists in collecting requirement documents from new hires at NO and project locations.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Undergraduate Degree in year IV/University Degree of management, other related field
- Significant experiences human resource at least one year Professional in Human Resources
- Good command of written and spoken English, Khmer language and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Windows operating system;
- Commitment, energy, initiative, a willingness to learn, and intellectual flexibility;
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willing to learn and commitment
Note: This position involves working with a not-for-profit organisation committed to children and adult safeguarding and is subject to strict safer recruitment checks.
