តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Lead and manage the Phone Collection Team and On-Site Collection Team (20+ staff).
  • Manage, coach, and develop team leaders and their teams.
  • Build and set collection strategies to increase recovery rates and reduce overdue loans.
  • Track team performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Analyze overdue loan data to find ways to improve results.
  • Prepare monthly collection plans and track progress against targets.
  • Review and approve loan restructuring and bad debt write-off recommendations.
  • Handle customer requests such as early settlement and other collection matters.
  • Make sure late fees and penalties are calculated correctly.
  • Work with other departments to solve collection issues and improve processes.
  • Keep accurate collection records and ensure full compliance with company policy.

Languages:
  • English - Good is required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
Work History:
  • Financial (Banks, Microfinance) for 5 to 10 years is required
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proven experience managing a collection team of 20 or more staff.
  • Experience managing both Phone Collection and On-Site Collection is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of collection operations, delinquency management, and recovery strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Soft Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
