- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Support department managers and staff by providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and operational issues, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Assist in handling guest complaints professionally and ensuring timely resolution.
- Help prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, and manpower planning to meet operational demands.
- Support inventory control, purchasing processes, and cost-management procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards throughout the hotel.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication and assist in conducting regular departmental meetings.
- Assist in reviewing financial and operational reports, identifying trends, and proposing efficiency improvements.
- Act as a duty manager when assigned, ensuring seamless operations in the absence of senior leadership.
- Promote and uphold the hotel’s core values, ensuring all staff demonstrate consistent professionalism and service commitment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure while maintaining service quality.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
