- Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage room reservations, updates, cancellations, and modifications in the PMS system.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room availability and readiness.
- Process guest payments, billing, and cashiering accurately.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and daily Front Office reports.
- Prepare handover notes and communicate important information to the next shift.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support VIP arrivals, walk-in guests, and group check-ins during the shift.
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, security, and safety procedures.
- Assist supervisors and team members during busy periods or special situations.
- English - Good
- High School Diploma in Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, customer service, or hospitality.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Diploma or (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent guest-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
