The Student Development Institute (SDI) was established in 2008 as a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution recognized by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT). SDI oriented education through six qualification pathways, ranging from short-term technical certificates and one-year TVET diploma programs to associate and bachelor's degree programs in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, and Professional Accountancy.
SDI's academic programs integrate technical knowledge with workplace experience, incorporating On-the-Job Practical Experience (OPE), professional mentoring and soft skills development (MTP), cloud accounting, IFRS/ISA-based learning, and industry-relevant competencies to ensure graduates are well prepared for employment and professional growth. The Institute emphasizes producing graduates who possess not only strong technical expertise but also professionalism, ethical values, and practical skills required by employers. The Institute also provides a structured pathway for students who aspire to pursue internationally recognized professional qualifications such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Advise students and parents on study programs, educational opportunities, admission requirements, and available learning pathways.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable courses, and professional programs.
- Organize and facilitate student meetings to provide detailed information about training programs, curriculum structures, admission requirements, and learning pathways.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data weekly, monthly and yearly.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate feedback from students to support continuous improvement and enhance service quality.
- Develop, organize and manage sales activities through strategies approved by management.
- Post and up to date the company information to social media.
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy platform, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification concepts.
- Develops and maintain the sale targets and key marketing initiatives for the institute services.
- Attend to any networking events in order to promote the company services.
- Develop effective service promotions and advertising strategies for current market.
- Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
- Other task assigned by Management.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in business Administration, Sales & Marketing, management, or related field
- Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in sales, education consulting, or student recruitment within the education sector.
- Ability to create and maintain business networks/relationships
- Good command of spoken and written English languages
- Strong organizational, time management, leadership and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Pleasant personality with a good working attitude, creative and innovative
- Analytical thinking, managing people, reliable, flexible, fast learning, and hardworking
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadline
- Strong client service skills with the ability to understand client needs, provide accurate guidance, resolve issues, and deliver positive client experience.
