We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Document Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of all pertinent documents, including contracts, invoices, and payroll records.
- Financial Management: Monitor project expenditure, conduct reconciliations, and prepare comprehensive financial reports for donors and internal stakeholders.
- Procurement Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standard operating procedures by managing transparent procurement processes and evaluating supplier bids.
- Asset and Inventory Control: Supervise fixed asset registries, forecast stock requirements, and coordinate logistics for the delivery of solar equipment.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with technical teams, project coordinators, and external suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- Chinese - Good is preferred
- English - Good
- Khmer - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields
- Handling finance, accounting, or purchasing operations, ideally within NGOs, solar tech, or engineering firms. for 1 to 3 years as a minimum
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks
- good understanding of regulatory compliance.
- good in English and Khmer. Chinese is preferred
