Teuk Saat 1001 is a NGO, established in 2007. Our main mission is to develop water kiosks in the rural communities to improve the access of safe drinking water in a sustainable manner.
Teuk Saat 1001 has been dedicated for more than 15 years in providing safe drinking water.
The role of Teuk Saat 1001, besides developing station, is to support the entrepreneurs by providing a range of services such as technical support, monthly water quality monitoring and personalized coaching.
Today, through a network of 900 entrepreneurs, operating 342 kiosks in Cambodia, in 18 provinces, O-We (brand of Teuk Saat 1001) is serving, on the daily basis, we serve more than 1 million beneficiaries, including 376,000 schoolchildren,
who receive safe water for free in 1000 primary schools across 18 provinces
Teuk Saat 1001 as the local partner of the French non-profit 1001fontaines. 1001fontaines is also active in Madagascar, Vietnam and Myanmar.
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Inventory Management
- Managing inventory by accurately recording stock levels, forecasting supply and demand, and placing orders to maintain optimal levels.
- Receive goods and accurately enter them into the inventory system based on delivery notes.
- Monitor stock requests in the system, prepare materials for entrepreneur and staff. Oversee stock situations at other platforms.
- Conduct monthly stock counts for all platforms and reconcile discrepancies. Quarterly stock count with Finance team based on assigned platforms and prepare stock adjustments if any.
- Raise Purchase Orders for inventory items that fall below minimum balance and for operations.
- Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, managing supplier relationships, ensuring proper storage, and updating computer systems with all inventory data.
- Prepare and submit monthly invoice listings to the Finance Team.
- Annually preparation of minimum stocks with relevant departments to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory records to support operational efficiency.
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
