The Capacity Specialists, a small-medium business of Sociaven Co., Ltd, is looking for individuals

The position is based in Phnom Penh and the salary range is open from $286 to $572 with generous commission based on candidate competencies and behaviours.

Objectives
Actively promote and build awareness and understanding of TCS services
Actively seek new clients for TCS services
Promote TCS as a result focused and innovative L&D service provider
Achieve sales activity targets for TCS services
Ensure sales support systems are effective
- Attend networking events and perform cold calling to find new prospects
- Maintain contact list of current clients and prospects
- Provide regular reports to CEO on sales activity
- Assist with the handling of enquiries and complaints related to TCS services
- Create and maintain sales support systems to support the sales team and sales agents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment for sales team
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties and logistical tasks to support the sales team
- Degree qualified in business related field such as marketing or management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in B2B sales preferred (No experiences in B2B sales are welcome to apply)
- Ability to interact with all levels / types of people
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner and adaptable
- Professional attitude, honest and hard working
- Ambitious and looking for long-term opportunities
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Computer literacy
- Own transport
