  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the Mandarin-speaking market.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the target market.
  • Serve as the main liaison for existing Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
  • Act as a cultural bridge, ensuring smooth communication and understanding between the company and its Chinese clients.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans for the region.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members on best practices for engaging with the Mandarin-speaking market.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Accurately manage all sales activities and client information in the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation in both English and Mandarin.
  • Manage sales-related administrative tasks with high efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Work History:
  • Experience as sales in standard hotel for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Previous experience in a team leadership or mentoring role.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and etiquette.
  • Computer skill (word, excel, power point, Email)
  • Good Skills of Sales service
  • Well understanding of selling hotel rooms and condos
