- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue for management.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Monitor and manage the team's sales pipeline and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accuracy and timely progression of deals.
- Establish and refine sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Marketing department to develop aligned lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring best practices are followed.

- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Experience under Sales and Marketing Department in standard hotel for 3 years as a minimum
- Previous experience in a team leadership or mentoring role.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Establish and refine sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Also work closely with marketing team to develop aligned lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Computer skill (word, excel, power point, Email)
- Good Skills of Sales service
- Well understanding of selling hotel rooms and condos
- Good organizer
- Good communication
- Good to lead the team
