តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Respond to inquiries from parents and students via phone, social media (FB, Telegram), and in person.
  • Provide detailed information about the school’s programs, classes fees, and schedules.
  • Handle registration and enrollment processes.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of student information and communications.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
  • Front Desk Management: Greet students and Parents/Customer, ensure a clean and organised reception area.
  • Customer Assistance: Answer questions, provide information, class tour
  • Communication: Handle phone calls and inquiries about school schedules and programs.
  • Support Tasks: Assist with filing, check student attendance & journey books and prepare school documents. Provide support & monitor to weekend staff (PT) and assist with any special projects or tasks as assigned.

  • English - Fluent
  • Khmer - Fluent
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (phone systems, printers, etc.).
  • Fluent in English and Khmer; additional languages are an advantage.
Soft Skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a busy work environment.
