Tomato Specialized Bank has received license from National Bank of Cambodia to operate its financial service since 2008. With our experience on providing financial needs to households and business firms, we are now seeking for qualified candidates to fulfill for the following position.

  • Car Loan Officer
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Promote and sell Car loan product to achieve the target.
  • Interview loan applicants and obtain all of the necessary documentation to review and make the loan decision.
  • Analyze loan applicant’s cash flow and financial status.
  • Make on-site visit, appraise collateral and write loan analysis report.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with clients and authority officers.
  • Provide information to the loan applicant concerning the different types of loans offered, the terms and interest rates, and the documentation needed to be considered for a loan.
  • Underwrite and seek loan approval from management based on established guidelines in the Credit Policy.
  • Comply with updates and changes to loan programs or procedures.
  • Maintain all correspondence and documentation through the consumer loan underwriting and decision process and file all related documentation in appropriate information systems.
  • Address questions and resolve disputes with customer using knowledge of loan underwriting process and legal requirements.
  • Monitor portfolio quality.
  • Other tasks are assigned by management.
តំរូវការការងារ
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent lending experience
  • 2+ years of lending experience required.
  • Strong commitment, honest, hard-working and flexible
  • High responsibility.
  • Effective writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to address disputes.
  • Good in English.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office.
