As Treehouse International School continues to grow and expand, we are seeking motivated, ambitious, and dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team in the following positions:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Sourcing: Find and evaluate new suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Negotiation: Discuss contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to get the best value.
- Purchasing: Create, review, and approve purchase orders.
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels and coordinate orders to prevent shortages or extra stock.
- Compliance: Ensure all purchases follow company rules and local laws.
- Record Keeping: Maintain files on pricing, deliveries, and vendor performance
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Procurement Officer in Educational (Schools, Universities) for 2 years is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google drive, Google doc.etc)
- Good knowledge of procurement procedure and policy
- Procurement | Sourcing | Supplier management skills
- Negotiated and Strategic Sourcing skill
- Professional proactive commitment, organisation-to- work approach result, and excellent customer service
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation skills
- Relationship management skill
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
