As Treehouse International School continues to grow and expand, we are seeking motivated, ambitious, and dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team in the following positions:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mange HR Administration & Employee Records
- Ensure Cambodian Labour Law, Ministry Systems & Compliance (LACMS, FWCMS, and SICMS)
- Support Recruitment & Selection
- Manage Employee Relations & HR Support
- Support Staff Engagement & Professional Development Plans
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Good is required
- HR Officer in Educational (Schools, Universities) for 2 years is preferred
- Proficient level of English/Khmer (spoken and written)
- Experience in an international school (preferred)
- Working knowledge and practical experience of FWCMS, LACMS, SICMS and relevant Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training systems and requirements.
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management or disciplinary processes.
- Strong IT skills
- Dynamic and motivated to develop a career in Human Resources.
- Confident and professional when dealing with employees at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Continuously strives for improvements
