True Care Wellness Clinic is a private outpatient clinic located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, providing comprehensive healthcare services for children and families. The clinic has been officially open to patients since 1 May 2026, in accordance with the regulations and approval requirements of the Cambodian Ministry of Health.
The clinic is led by internationally trained Pediatrician and offers general consultations, pediatric care, preventive health services, vaccinations, minor procedures, and basic diagnostic services. Since opening, the clinic has provided free health screening and consultations to 45 patients as part of its community promotional and health awareness initiative.
Our mission is to deliver accessible, high-quality, and patient-centered healthcare in a safe and caring environment. We are committed to maintaining professional medical standards, efficient patient management, and seamless collaboration with insurance providers to ensure convenient and affordable healthcare access for insured patients.
- Assist with daily clinic operations
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Doctor
- Assist with patient registration
- Help coordinate patient appointments
- Assist with organizing patient record
- Maintain proper clinic documentation
- Assist with preparing patient bills
- Assist in issuing payment receipts
- Assist with clinic marketing activities and promotions
- Perform other duties assigned by the Doctor or clinic management
- If the Employee handles patient payments, the Employee must:
- Issue receipts for all payments
- Manage collected funds )The Employee is not permitted to keep clinic funds without authorization.)
- Inventory management
- Tax submission
- Able to learn to use clinic operating system via Google meet with system vendor
- English - Fluent
- Must be fluent in spoken english
- Experience is preferred.
