Two Parrots is a Cambodia-based food processing and agribusiness company connecting local farmers with domestic and international markets through quality focused processing, traceable sourcing and export-ready agricultural products. Established in 2009 and headquartered in Phnom Penh, Two Parrots sources, processes, packages and distributes Cambodian agricultural products for domestic markets. In 2025, Two Parrots Trading Solutions was established to distribute and trade the company's products across international markets, strengthening Two Parrots' ability to connect Cambodian agricultural products with global buyers. We are a dynamic and expanding organization committed to operational excellence, quality assurance, and sustainable growth. We are currently seeking highly motivated, qualified, and skilled professionals to fill the following key positions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP, GMP, FSC22000 programs across all facilities.
- Conduct regular internal food safety and sanitation audits; prepare corrective action plans for any non-conformances.
- Monitor raw material receiving, storage, processing, and distribution to ensure compliance with temperature and hygiene controls.
- Serve as the primary liaison during third-party audits and regulatory inspections.
- Deliver comprehensive food safety, hygiene, and allergen management training to operational staff.
- Investigate customer complaints related to food safety/quality and implement preventive solutions.
- Stay updated with local and international food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Food safety in food manufacturing or equivalent food safety management standards for 1 to 3 years
- Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of food microbiology, risk assessment, and sanitation protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead training sessions effectively.
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong report-writing abilities.
