ពិព៌ណនាអំពីការងារ
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Check and update the shipment Plan
- Prepare the docs for each shipment
- Check the customs declaration and shipping docs
- keep monitors for all the shipment /arrived in customer or any issue
- Update the Import/Export file
- Make the purchase request and the supporting docs
- Follow up the payment receipt
- Prepare the sale inventory to Finance & GDT
- Prepare the monthly report to MOC
- Check the original Import/Export docs and follow up with forwarders
- Check and scan Import/Export docs to keep in folder
- Prepare the docs for scrap report to the customs
- make the list to collect the original docs from forwarder
- Updates the CDC balance for raw material/Machinery
- Prepare the docs for Cut Stock (MOC)
- Prepare the docs for Input Stock (MOC)
- Prepare the docs for Inventory Stock / Twice per year (MOC)
- Prepare the application for COC (CDC)
- Prepare the application for CDC (CDC)
- GSP need to renew every year (MOC)
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Good
- Chinese - Mandarin - Good is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Supervisor in Logistics and Transportation for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Proven experience Supervisor
- Conscientious responsible
- A keen eye detail a result driven approach
- Proficient MS Office
- In depth understanding production control legal standards
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis
- Outstanding communication skill
- Excellent organizational taken and leadership
