We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Develop and implement subject-specific course outlines, unit plans, and weekly lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Deliver engaging, differentiated, and student-centered lessons to promote active learning and critical thinking.
- Design and administer various formative and summative assessments to evaluate and support student progress.
- Maintain effective classroom management to foster a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student development.
- Participate in academic meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events and initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices and the development of school programs.
- Uphold school policies and ensure the well-being and safeguarding of all students.
- Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the NPSY Principal or Programme Coordinator.
តំរូវការការងារ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in or Master’s degree in Education or in the relevant subject area (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, History).
- Teaching experience in a public or private secondary school setting for 2 years as a minimum
- Able to speak and write English at a medium level of proficiency.
- Teaching license or certification is highly desirable.
- Holds a valid Pedagogy Certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS).
- Proficient in basic digital tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with national or international curriculum standards is an asset.
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Clean criminal background check and full COVID-19 vaccination required.
