Wellbeing Consultancy Services is a newly established consultancy, training, and coaching agency in Cambodia. Grounded in a Christian foundation and guided by our core values—curiosity, courage, and authenticity—we create spaces where individuals, teams, and systems can grow in wellbeing and wholeness, so they can serve others more effectively.
Our directors bring 30+ years of experience in consultancy and development programming, and we are expanding our team to support high-quality delivery across our services. - Finance, Accounting & Tax Compliance (60%)
- Financial Management
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records (income, expenditure, receivables, payables).
- Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and follow‑up on outstanding receivables.
- Conduct monthly bank and cash reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and cashflow updates.
- Support annual budgeting and cashflow forecasting.
- Tax Compliance
- Prepare and support timely submission of monthly tax returns, including: Prepayment of Tax on Income (1% of turnover), VAT declarations, Tax on Salary (ToS), Withholding Tax (WHT)
- Prepare schedules for annual Tax on Income and minimum tax reconciliation.
- Maintain organised tax documentation for reviews or inspections.
- Monitor tax deadlines and regulatory updates; flag risks to leadership.
- Coordinate with GDT, banks, and external tax/accounting support as needed.
- Administration & Operations (25%)
- Maintain administrative systems (contracts, filing, record‑keeping, document control).
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and quotations.
- Support payroll preparation, staff records, and leave tracking.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
- Support logistical arrangements for trainings, workshops, coaching, and consultancy services (venues, materials, attendance management).
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and per diems.
- Troubleshoot operational issues proactively.
- Website, Client & Program Support (15%)
- Website Oversight
- Monitor inquiries from the website and route them appropriately.
- Conduct monthly website statistic checks and flag issues.
- Service Promotion & Client Support
- Prepare and update service descriptions, schedules, and fee information.
- Support distribution of service information via email or messaging platforms.
- Serve as administrative contact point for: Client and participant inquiries, Program registrations and confirmations, Follow‑up communication and documentation
- Assist in formatting proposals, concept notes, and presentation materials.
- Maintain simple records of client engagements and program participation.
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- High School Diploma in or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in a service‑based organisation (training, consultancy, NGO, education, or professional services).
- Practical experience with Cambodian monthly and annual tax compliance.
- Financial accuracy & compliance; organised record‑keeping.
- Professional working ability in Khmer and English.
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets (preferably Excel).
- Communication & responsiveness with clients and colleagues.
- Confidentiality & ethics in handling financial and client information.
- Problem‑solving & initiative with follow‑through.
- Adaptability & learning mindset.
- Strong alignment with Wellbeing Consulting’s values.
- Comfortable working and learning in a Christian environment.
