Our Cambodia Office is seeking for the qualified candidate to fill in the position below:
- People and Culture Intern (HR Intern)
Recruitment Support:
- Contact candidates to schedule interviews and provide necessary information.
- Accompany candidates during their interviews.
- Prepare and print relevant recruitment documents.
- Work with admin to make room arrangements for interviews and ensure a conducive environment.
Filing and Personal File Management:
- Scan and organize documents related to recruitment and employee files.
- Assist in searching for documents as needed for audits or reviews.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist the supervisor with other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the P&C team.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- 3rd or 4th year university student in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel
- Fluent in Khmer and good in English in both spoken and written.
