- Verify product order against delivery notes and invoices, inspecting for correct quantities, batch numbers, and physical damage
- Cross-check outgoing goods with dispatch documents to ensure the correct items
- Well prepare documentation for all stock in and out.
- Conduct routine cycle counts, stock checks, and physical inventories to maintain highly accurate stock levels
- Report any shortages, overages or damaged goods to warehouse supervisor
- Other tasks will be assigned by supervisor.
- English - Good
- High School Diploma in Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse operation for 1 to 2 years
- Computer, Ms. Outlook and Ms. Office and SAP system are a plus
- Good in both verbal and writing English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both local and English
- Be able to work in the team and individually / Ability to build relationships across all Functions / Honest, highly committed and following the work ethics
