- Ensure the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Territory target is achieved to support the regional target.
- Implement Daily, Weekly and monthly Operation review with Sales Representative to address key issues and take corrective action to improve individual performance with clear KP.
- Achieve Trade coverage plan as per assigned numbers of outlets
- Achieve Core and New product distribution target in assigned territory within assigned timeline.
- Implement Sales, Trade and Marketing programs effectively.
- Ensure the distributor price compliance is executed in assigned territory
- Ensure sales key KPI are achieved as per assigned target (Call Compliance, Strike Rate, SKU/PO, AVG Drop/Store, Active Outlets Etc.)
- Ensure the stock freshness through FEFO at stores is implemented to avoid stock aging and expiration.
- Manage a team with minimum of 4-6 sales representatives to generate high quality of execution and excellent in executive to achieve the assigned KPI.
- Manage, lead, train on field coaching to drive the high performer and raise their capability to do assigned task with a desired result.
- Well-known on assigned Territory and Know your customers
- Ensure the delivery service by distributor is comply with SLA
- Ensure the assigned Sales team are implementing the daily plan and route call in a professional manner.
- Ensure all KPI set for Sales team are achieved daily, weekly and monthly
- and delivery targets
- Prepare and participate in Weekly Operation Review with line manager to ensure all KPI are reviewed and on track vs Set KPI.
- Prepare and participate in the Monthly regional meeting and National Sales Meeting as per assigned schedule.
- Ensure products visibility, availability and accessibility Conduct market survey, collect market information including market price and competitor activities regularly.
- Building good business relationships with stakeholders and customers to gain concrete to company growth agenda.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree
- Undergraduate Degree in sales and marketing or equivalent
- Experience in FMCG for 2 years as a minimum
- Provinces management role for 2 years
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application.
- Good in writing and speaking English,
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in referrals, references, and repeat business
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to travel and station in upcountry and possess driving license
